As the event nears, I'll confirm participant numbers and all the fine details a week, then a day before, ensuring a seamless flow. On the day, expect me an hour early, equipped with all the necessary materials for a vibrant session, including protective Kraft paper, easels, aprons, and plenty of paint. Note that while I care for the creative flair, setting up tables and chairs will be in your hands. Let's make your event not just successful but artistically memorable!
