I am Andrea Rodriguez, a Toronto-based mural artist and lettering designer creating bold, colourful murals for businesses, cafés, and public spaces. My work blends vibrant tropical imagery, expressive lettering, and storytelling to transform blank walls into memorable visual experiences.
My creative vision is deeply rooted in my love for Colombia and the rich tapestry of Latin American culture. My background in graphic design and art direction shapes how I approach murals today, combining strong composition, colour, and concept to create work that is both visually striking and meaningful. As a trilingual artist, I infuse my creations with a multicultural essence, celebrating diversity through art.

My Story - Long version
Join me in creating a positive impact through the power of art and design.
I am a designer and artist based in the vibrant city of Toronto, which I proudly call home. I was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and moved to Canada as a teenager. Later in life, I relocated to Paris, France, where I pursued advanced studies in design and immersed myself in its rich art scene. After years abroad, I returned to Toronto, bringing a world of experiences and inspiration.
Though I’ve embraced Toronto as my home, I still long for the warmth of Colombia. That longing has fueled my passion for drawing and painting the beauty of my homeland, capturing its essence through my bold, pop-inspired illustrative style.
With over 14+ years of industry experience, I specialize in creating awe-inspiring designs that celebrate vibrant colours and joy. I have had the privilege of collaborating with esteemed clients such as Lacoste, Publicis, Canadian Tire, and the City of Toronto. My journey has been enriched by numerous awards and the opportunity to mentor young Latinx designers, sharing my love for lettering, mural art, and graphic design. I'm always excited to explore new collaborations, speak at events, and host workshops. Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, I'm well-equipped to tackle creative projects that bridge cultures and ideas.
